The 95th PGA Championship, will be back in the Rochester New York area. Specifically, Pittsford New York. This suburb just outside of the Rochester area hold's one of Golf's Golden Treasures, Oak Hill East. The Oak Hill courses were designed by the renowned Donald Ross in 1901, and then tweaked by Robert Trent Jones Sr., and again by Tom Fazio. The course is rich with history, having seen the likes Of Palmer, Nicklaus, Hogan, Nelson, and the list goes on. The East Course at Oak Hill has hosted 3 U.S. Open's and 1 Senior U.S. Open, as well as the PGA Championship 3 times, as well as 2 U.S. Amateur Championships, and the Ryder Cup in 1995.

The par 72 layout will host some of the best names in Golf this week, players such as Phil Mickleson, Tiger Woods, just to name a few. If you want to see this event tickets are still available at Stubhub. It's worth the short drive (about an hour from Buffalo NY.) to see some of the World's best golfers, and one of Western New York's Hidden Gems!
