In my market center, Buffalo NY, I can show you a house for $2500 or 2.5 million. I live in Buffalo and therefore I do a ton of business in the city. It is not always fun. Today I did a final walk-thru for a friend at my office and this is what I walked into. My ankles are swollen from flea bites and my allergies are a hot mess right now.
So next time you think selling real estate is so easy, take a good look at this photo and picture yourself standing in this filth for an hour.
No so easy, huh?
