Holiday Marketing - Use holiday marketing to touch your contacts, but use it wisely. You don't want to get lost in the mix of routine 
holiday marketing. You want to stand out. The best use of holiday marketing is be the one remembered after the holiday is over.

The primary purpose of getting 
leads is to convert them into clients. You can't do that effectively if you don't stay in touch and keep your name in front of your leads. If you properly manage your leads, it will turn into a much higher conversion rate. Generating leads without managing them properly is like throwing money out the window. Do you have money to waste?

Great blog.  I suggested it for a feature.  Lead management is very important in the real estate business.  Drip email campaigns seem to be used more than any other method.
