Realtor® I am , Professional Photographer I am not!
When an agent takes a For Sale listing, they want to do everything they can to make that home look appealing to anyone that may be in the home searching market. I would spend much of my time taking photos of the listing. I want to make sure I am able to showcase the best features of the home. I felt like I knew a good bit about taking photos. You know, a little bit of knowledge of lighting and angles and I'm feeling pretty good about what I'm putting out there! Well, you take a look and tell me what you think!
Not bad shots of a fabulous home, is what I was telling myself... Then, I had a professional come in to do some different shots for me because one of the highlights of this particular home is the expansive backyard. A feature that I just could not seem to capture well. He did a shoot of the whole home as a package and I am going to share his results. First, let's compare these same areas and see the difference.

And that was all before we got to the best part, highlighting that backyard! Check this out!

OK, so I will never again try to be a Professional Photographer! When I saw the difference in results I was amazed. Considering the fact that we all know what today's real estate client does when they are searching...SEARCH, and by search ,Google et al! When my listings come up on their computer screen, I want to capture them right there and the best tool for that is to have visually stimulating photographs of my listings! Then, when your Real Estate company puts together the YouTube Video of your listing, one of the benefits of selling with Noles-Frye Realty Inc, those images make a spectacular show!
Also as an added benefit of using this photographer, I now have files and sideshows utilizing his domain. More exposure to the listing via multiple media sites!

I am a Realtor®, Not a Professional Photographer! I will be using the benefit of professionals to help me be a better professional!
