Any "pre-list" homes that you know of in Chanhassen MN?

Hello there,

My clients are in need of a home in the Chan/Chaska school district part of Chanhassen. They would like it to be 4 bedrooms, or at least 3, with some potential room for growth or a den. They can go up to the high $260's.

Anyone out there have a lead on something that is not currently on the market?
