1. Working directly with builder saves thousands on commission fees while at the same time allowing builder to give you tons of free up-grades!
2. NEVER hire a Buyer Agent! The fees you the buyer have to pay out-of-pocket (usually 4% of contract sales price) are not worth it. Go it alone, there's nothing so hard about the real estate transaction - certainly nothing worth thousands of dollars!
3. Always buy the cheapest house on the block.
