New Listings:
Ka’iulani 70 is new on the market for $795K, which is a more than what the seller paid in 5/12 – which was $665K. Plantation 822 is back on the market with a new price of $619K. Purchased in 12/06 for $760K this unit was previously listed from 12/12 to 7/13 for $589K when it was withdrawn.
Contingent:
The developer’s Ka’iulani 49, priced at $1.195M went into escrow. It’s a good week for Ka’iulani as unit 31, a resale priced at $1.599M also found a buyer. It sold for $1,822,350 in 7/07. Pu’u Po’a, which last sold for $949K in 3/04, went into escrow priced at $1.2M.
Sales:
Short sale Sandpiper 203 was priced at $220K and sold for $225K cash. This unit was previously purchased for $370,500 in 7/04. Single level Puamana 25A closed for $386K while listed for $399K. This unit sold for $490K in 2/07.
Price Changes:
Ka’iulani 51, which sold for $1.6M in 10/09, increased in price going from $1.238M to $1.3M. Sealodge H1 reduced from $379K to $369K and last sold for $270K in 12/10.
