Our new website does require registration to see all the photos, but it offers some really great custom searches. We require registration because we like to help you set us the search to fit your needs down to the last detail.
What's really great about it is that it helps you be FIRST to new listings. It searches the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) which is all the homes listed with a brokerage for you every 15 minutes. You can ask for more information right on the site. You can request a showing right from the site. You can ask a specific question right on the site. You can invite your friends/family/ and the person you will be buying with and you can actually talk about a listing through the private comments that other people searching the site cannot see. Once you register and set up your search, that search belongs to you and you can change your price, change your location, bookmark your favorites, Like or dislike. You can see what homes have gone under contract to know what is selling around the lake. It's a product I'm very excited about and unlike any other search available on Lake Sinclair.
