Flagler County / Palm Coast New Home Construction Is Back.

This is important and sustainable in my opinion.  Why?  Because one of the common criteria potential buyers give me is that they want a home less than ten years old.  Since virtually no homes were built between 2008 and 2011.  The only get a late model home will be new construction.
