The following information is what the "seller says":
We love the small town feel of Medford, with a larger town feel! Lots of outdoor things to do like golfing at Centenial, skiing at Mt. Ashland, ice skating at the RRink, boating at Stewart State Park. We've love salmon fishing the world famous Rogue River or rafting with some of the great rafting companies during the summer, or hunting in the nearby hills outside of Prospect. Don't miss a hike to the Table Rocks or Roxy Ann to take in the view of all of Southern Oregon.
Medford has some great restaurants, especially if you like ethnic foods: El Arrieto for Mexican food, King Wah & Silver Dragon are some of our favorites.
Our favorite grocery shopping places are Winco (they have great fresh produce) & Costco when you want some larger quantities.
We fell in the love with the home when we bought it because of the large living room, family room and master bedroom. The wide and long RV parking is perfect for large RV's! The size of the yard is "just right," not too big, and not too small.
People should move to Southern Oregon because of its excellent health care with two local hospitals, Rogue Community & Providence Medical Center.
Our utility bills for our home have been very reasonable: about $50 for water & sewer in the winter - $65 in the summer. Gas is about $120 in the winter and only $25 or so in the summer. Electricity is about $65 in winter & $100 in the summer.
