Selling Salem on Sunday

Just a quick note to let the locals know about a major event this Sunday, January 28th, 2007, in Salem Ct.  Thirteen REALTORS in our office are working together hosting thirteen open houses from 1:00 to 3:00 PM.  There will be drawings or giveaways at each home, and there are homes in all price ranges from the mid $2's to the low $8's, including new construction.  Look for the back page ad in the New London Day's Friday Home Source, or check the details at http://www.openhouse.com/.  On Sunday, look for the open house signs with balloons.  Want to know more about Salem, see Liz Householder's blog about Salem.

Paul, thanks for thinking of this!!!  It's new territory for most of us, having so many homes open in one town on the same day at the same time.  What's great about it is that we have all price ranges, so there's something for everyone.

Good-luck today on your open homes.  I hope the weather is good, the cold has been keeping people inside here in Kansas.

Thanks Phil,  the Open Houses in Salem went very well today, lots of interest, some serious, even some potential listings.  Putting together just 13 Open Houses took a bit of coordination, and lots of balloons.  I can imagine the effort it took to do 110 Open Houses.  There are presently 85 active listings in New London from $139,000 to $1,850,000.  I love New London, and I'd love to see another Sell New London event, just not next Sunday, I'm a bit worn out.  Many thanks also to Liz Householder, who was really the brains behind the whole Sunday in Salem idea.

Thanks Phil, but I'm thinking more on the lines of soldier Paul, with possible aspirations of maybe reaching the rank of Second Assistant to the Deputy Undersecretary of the Co-Chair's Planning Committee, sometime in late September.
