Visit to Casa Linda - 4
Had a lazy start to my day, relaxed breakfast and a dip in the pool before hitting the shower and heading out and about with Rich at around 10 a.m. for a more 'detailed' look at Casa Linda
We drove in and around the completed phases. It was great to see the different villa designs, how they have evolved over the years and to see how the landscaping has matured over the 
years.
The older neighbourhoods (started 16 years ago) have lush mature landscaping, palms and tropical plants provide 'fences' and privacy. The use of landscaping instead of hard fences always means that the breeze can get through.
Every pool and every home is different. The price of every home includes a pool that can pretty much be any shape/design (within reason!) you want. The price of each home includes a pool with a particular volume/ total #of gallons - of course you can have a larger pool it will cost you a bit more.
