Gwinnett Town Lilburn most Affordable According to Money Magazine

The Gwinnett Town, Lilburn is one of the most affordable places where you can get the most bang for your buck according to Money Magazine. 

Money Magazine actually ranked two metro Atlanta towns on this list.  One town was in Cobb County and the other is Lilburn here in Gwinnett County.  

Lilburn was ranked #5  on the most affordable list among the town 25 towns.

As you may already know home prices are on the rise again because of the low inventory of available homes and we are finally seeing a decrease in foreclosures.

This home affordability list is apart of Money Magazine's annual Best Places to Live Report  and Suwanee another Gwinnett County town is on that list as well.

Both Lilburn and Suwanee have a great school system!  Gwinnett County is said to be the largest school system in Georgia. If you take a look at Great Schools you will see where Suwanee ranks.  Lilburn as a number of great schools also you can take a look at school digger to see the rankings.

These are not the only places to find good schools in Gwinnett, some of the other good schools are Gwinnett School of Mathematics, Science and Technology in Lawrenceville, Brookwood in Snellville, as well as Archer high school  Grayson or Shiloh high school snellville are now IB schools.
