What A Kick!

Real Estate Agent with Prudential Ann Prewitt B19991
I am an original member of a 60's band called "The Feminine Complex" , an all girl band from Nashville, Tenn.that recorded an album of my original songs(not country, but pop) and had 4 singles. Lately I have been receiving several emails from fans of our music that have found it through oldies sites on the internet This is such a hoot! Some of the songs can be heard on movie soundtracks as well.

Mindy, that is so cool. Have you found anything posted on Youtube that you could share? I'm sure we would love to hear a blast from the past!

Let's podcast that audio track for all to hear....Do So Me Do.....(clearing throat)  We all sound pretty good in the shower don't we?  Neat to hear about your former life as one of the Lennon Sisters...(smile)

Mindy, maybe I should get my Nehru jacket out of mothballs before listening.  What do you think?  I'ts great to have unique albums and songs in the collection. Better when they're your songs.  I'll check them out.  Thanks.

The Shangs (Ontario, Canada)
Dear Mindy, We have recently posted a new song on Youtube, ("Majik Love"), that is inspired by and dedicated to both yourself and the members of The Feminine Complex. As you know, we have thought of your music as something truely special from the time we first heard,"Livin' Love",back in 1974. The gushing and loving reviews of its re-issue (with all those glorious unreleased tracks) in more recent years and the inclusion of your songs on a handful of movie soundtracks is a testiment to the vervent and loyal fanbase you've acquired well into this young century. Please have a listen to this humble dedication in song and visit us at; or our Myspace page ( With love and endless respect,The Shangs
