I don't normally boast about production, but rather just produce, and just keep sharing and training others in what I am doing to help them better themselves. However, today I am sharing this wonderful day.
Today my Real Estate career hit a new level with my single largest commission ever. I made more today than I did all of last year and that was an AWESOME year for me doubling my previous year. Yes, folks since joining Keller Williams from Re/Max in 2009, I have tripled from year 1 to year 2, nearly tripled to year 3, and now already doubled last year and could triple again. But it is not the money that made today so special.
No matter how huge the check was is nothing to what happened after I turned it in. At least for me, this is why Keller Williams is the most incredible company you will ever be a part of and why we are a FAMILY and not just another job.
When I got the HUD and the check, I submitted the paperwork as usual and it was just about an hour that I started getting emails.
My former Team Leader and my mentor and the one that brought me from Re/Max to Keller Williams, Julio Sanchez, now in our Kendell Office in Miami, texted to congratulate my success. Then came from my broker, Gail Hovey who again could not be more proud. Then came an email from my Regional Manager, Mark Olesh, and then from our Regional owner Nikki Ubaldini.
Where else in less than 2 hours from just doing your normal job do you hear from so many much higher up the food chain than you that truly care about the work that every single agent does?
That to me was worth more than the money. The fact that this Keller Williams family cares so much about each and every one of us as individuals is more important than the size of the check.
