Dan there is hope for people going through this unfortunate situation. I think to help people with it could be a specialty. We are seeing more and more of folks who bought too high and must move on and are caught up without a job or unmanageable medical bills.

Noah, no doubt that many were and still are caught up with the market changes, compounded with the negative change of the economy. Only time will tell if the housing market will create more positive equity situations.
