Dan there is hope for people going through this unfortunate situation. I think to help people with it could be a specialty. We are seeing more and more of folks who bought too high and must move on and are caught up without a job or unmanageable medical bills.

Dan, We know we have been doing short sales a long time when our past clients re-enter the market and buy again. There truly is life after a short sale. Many of my clients professed they would never buy again ... but time heals and they are buying again. Kudos to your lender.
