This is not your typical real estate posting, in fact it's not really industry related other than that I am a Recreational Land Sales Specialist. New landowners looking to purchase property to hunt on are my niche market. I have launched Infinite Archery Bow Schools specializing in small group classes. As an Olympic Gold and Bronze Medalist in Archery, I am offering my services to and regularly host private one day and two day lessons to professional athletes in other sports such as football and baseball, and to my landowner clients that are already existing.
I've found this is a great way to network and pick up new clients in the field of real estate I specialize in. I'm wondering how many other agents are out there that have unique talents that they could tie into their real estate business to increase and attract thier clients. It's certainly an interesting spin and I'd love to hear how others are may be doing something similar! 
This company is has emerged as an incredible blessing in my life. The classes are leading to corporate events and bookings for not only the classes but also speaking engagements, giving me a direct opportunity to network with potential buyers in the income level necessary for large land purchases. Most often after a land sale, the clients move into my land management business as well.

As always, I do referrals and most of my clients do come from other areas than the Midwest. I work primarily as a buyers agent with the exception of exceptional listings.
