The seventh phase of Legacy Grove is now under construction. This phase consists of 30 lots and is located in the East Limestone County. Legacy Grove has homes from 200's to low 300's. The homes typically have 3 car garages, are brick, and are loaded with features. The subdivision has clubhouse, pool, tennis courts, under ground utilities, curb and gutter. The construction should be finished by the end of the year and homes can be started in Oct in the subivision once the lots are to grade.
