Legacy Premier Homes, Inc. builds in Limestone County which does not have an inspection department. The partnership between 2 - 10 Home builders and Legacy Premier Homes, Inc. is the first time that 2 - 10 has partnered with a company that primarily builds in area with-out inspections. "Note: This is what the sales person and regional manager told me - so I am taking them at their word".
In order to make this work Legacy Premier Homes, Inc and 2 - 10 have an inspection at foundation, framing and final. The inspector being used is actually a city inspector - so they are very aware of all local building codes.
Also the 2 - 10 company had one of their in-house engineers visit our subdivisions and observe the new home construction.
