Summer time is a great time for tag sales, garage sales, and flea markets. With HGTV's new show Flea Market Flip many people are taking up the hobby of searching these sales for rare, and sometimes expensive finds. The tag sale Pros say there is a method to their madness. To successfully land a great bargin one must learn the art of haggling and bargain hunting. Once you have made a deal there are two options you have for your newly found treasure. You can either keep it for yourself or you can try to earn a profit. Flipping the item for profit doesn't take a tremendous amount of talent, rather a little common sense and maybe a little bit of luck. It is not only china or antiques that can bring in a pretty penny but also much more commonly found items such as jeans and magazines! If you decide to keep the item for you yourself you can become your own designer and create a masterpiece as unique as you are. From old brokern down chairs to luggage even old window frames. You can let your creativity run wild and really give new meaning to ones man's trash is another man's treasure!
