The “perfect” neighborhood in Rancho Mirage?
Rancho Mirage is a prominent city in the Coachella Valley. Located in Southern California, it has a population of 17,504. The average temperature during the daytime is 88 degrees, and the average rainfall is 3.38 inches per year. The abundant sunshine, wonderful climate and resort lifestyle have drawn many political leaders, top entertainers, corporate executives and retirees to make a home here.
The Magnesia Falls Cove neighborhood in Rancho Mirage might well be called the perfect neighborhood. Located adjacent to neighboring city of Palm Desert, the area is nestled at the base of the Santa Rosa Mountains, providing protection against the worst winds and sandstorms.

The world renowned Bump and Grind Hiking Trail, winding up the mountain that protects the cove, is just one of the hiking trails in the area. Whitewater Park is adjacent to the neighborhood, and hosts many events during the winter.
An elementary school is located in the neighborhood, and middle and high schools are nearby. College of the Desert is within 3 miles and other higher education facilities are located throughout the valley.
There is a gas station, car wash and tire/repair shop in the immediate vicinity.
Interstate 10, a major east-west freeway, is easily accessed in minutes to whisk you away to major attractions and beaches in San Diego, Orange County, Los Angeles and beyond. Closer to home, activities in the Coachella Valley are only minutes away.
