Marketing homes at Lake Anna...When I list a home I like taking my own photos and then I use these to advertise the property. These photos are used for the listing on MRIS which is the multiple listing system that we use.
I also use the photos for flyers that are prepared for both the inside of the and the box out by the road. The inside flyer differs with the ones outside containing more information as these are picked up by prospective buyers that have actually taken a look at the home. It is meant to remind them of the property's features in the hopes that it will be the home they select to purchase.
POSTCARD SENT TO LAKE ANNA PROPERTY OWNERS
Some of the photos are also used in personalized Just Listed postcards which I prepare and send to property owners within that subdivision and sometimes neighboring subdivisions depending on the number of owners. There are times I send out Just Sold postcards also.
The example above is for three homes that I helped sell within a small area of Lake Anna. I prepared this postcard and sent it to about 300 owners within that geographical area so they would have an idea of what I have done in their neighborhood so far this year. It happens to be my neighborhood also.
