New Profile Page Specs

OK if I do not get to this today I will get to it tomorrow.  I see this is essential.

I like the updated profile! It is clean, sharp and easier for the consumer to read. Thanks for the hard work!

Kerrie - Please don't remove associates. I'd like to see that stay. It helps find agents for referrals.

We've got it pretty well fillend in.  All our testimonials are pretty old so we didn't use them.  Gonna wait til we get some fresh ones to put up.  The video thing will have to wait until we learn a little more about making one of those.  Everything else is pretty much up to snuff.  And of course we're wide open for suggestions!!

The new profile is a keeper. I liked it from the first day even though you've given us more work to do.

I love the new look of the profile page...very nice! The orange color, not so much. Finally got my headline photo to upload but need to find a different one since the orange does not complement the colors in the photo.

Is there any way to keep the orange since it is part of the AR theme but move it to a different area where it won't detract from the headline photos and the profile photos? Compromise is good...

I still cannot find where to post a success story or edit the signature block that appears when you post a blog...have these gone away or am I just missing something?

Hi Kerrie, Will we ever be able to add photos to the "getting to know you" and other pages? I see we can thankfully have links, but like any blog post, it can look tedious and boring without some photos to break things up. I liked the fact that I could have corrolating local photos and business logos by some of the links. Now...I'm finding these sections kinda of blah. Guess I'll go check out and see what others have done to make these pages look better. Might be missing something...Back..just checked out Anna's profile and see some pics and logos there..so looks like a tutorial is in order!

Slowly I turn... step by step, inch by inch.  Have I wrecked it yet?  This is a much needed exercise, and it will force me to make some decisions about my website vs changes I need to make.  There is just so much to read and learn.  Trial and error: "Under Construction--hard hat required."

I love the format, and will work on my content.

Inserted my cover photo of Nashville from the south (viewing the L&C Tower sandwiched between the new Pinnacle building and the AT&T "Batman" building.  In my youth, the L&C Tower was the marquee structure on the Nashville skyline.  I have great memories from the L&C observation deck, and recollections of A.M. Burton (founder of Life & Casualty Insurance).  He started that company with only a few dollars, but shared his wealth generously. 

I worked on the Tagline, Headline, License number and Lead widget, but was unable to revise/edit afterward.  I will come back to it in a few days.  I haven't had time to look into Market Leader yet, and am needing to update my website--adding IDX, lead capture and dedicated e-mail address.

I sound like my four year old grandson--when you give him a new piece of information, he simply asks "Why?"  I am wading through the "whys?"

I'd LIKE to add my testamonials but there appears to be a glitch with the date selection - I've tried numerous times to either tab into the box, or select the calendar and then select the date, but it always comes up with an error and says the field cannot be blank but I can't either type in or select. HELP PLEASE - I'm trying to finish this in time for the contest deadline :-/

Cindy - We prefer the uniform look without photos in your About Me section but there is a work around.

I keep getting an error code when I try to change my profile accent color. It says "There were errors in the form" Any idea why? I have tried a few different ways on different browsers too.

I have been trying to change my profile picture but it won't let me. Is there some trick I don't know?

Also, is there any way to make the headline picture bigger and the area below with my profile info smaller? Thanks!
