We are happy to announce a successful closing for apartment 5-A at 350 West 14th Street. We represented the buyer for this apartment who made a quick offer as it received a lot of interest when it was introduced to the marketplace and signed the contracts quickly to assure they wouldn't lose it.

The Village Pointe Condominium is one of my favorite Condo buildings in the Meatpacking District.  One of the reasons is that it typically has a very favorable return for investor buyers as the location is perfect and has very low common charge and real estate taxes. The building is also improving it's retail space on the ground level.  A new coffee shop has moved in, and a Pinkberry is opening in the next few months.
