Six Balls in the Air: A Typical Real Estate Agent Tell
The other morning NPR ran a piece on a juggling contest, in Afghanistan of all places. They were talking about these amazing young jugglers who could keep 6 balls in the air while doing tricks.
Hum, even in Afghanistan, that’s noth’in.
This week I started the fall semester teaching 3 sections of psychology. I am moving to a new residence in 5 weeks. As of today the new place has no plumbing, no electricity, no insulation, and no flooring. I am doing all the improvements myself. I just visited a home for potential in our vacation rental program and will be writing up the proposal in the next couple of days. On the way there I photographed and videoed several communities for future blog posts. I just listed a new property and received an offer that is currently being negotiated. The week before last I did a direct mail campaign to out-of-area owners telling about our property management services.
Six balls in the air - no sweat.
