The median List prices  for the  Lake Forest Park/Sheridan Beach area  is $342,475 is down slightly  from  last week’s $349,000.   Inventory is up and the  Market Action Index  (MAI see below graph) is trending down recently.  While days-on-market appears to be trending lower, the overall conditions are weakening.   Stop by  next week to see how the housing market in Lake Forest Park is trending.
