Senior housing here in Hemet California is one of the hottest markets in Hemet. Sure, there are new home tracts for families, and homes that have been here for decades with residents who grew up in the Hemet Valley.
However, Hemet is known for it's large selection of senior communities. On the west end of Hemet, we have a large manufactured/mobile home community, called Hemet West. Hemet West offers golf, swimming, walking, and many other amenities. They have a huge waterfall in the middle of the complex that is refreshing and serene.
Also, on the west end of Hemet is Seven Hills, a 55+ Golf Course community. Seven Hills has a vast array of homes. As you enter Seven Hills, there are a few hundred manufactured homes to the right, and some patio homes right on the golf course. Then there are, to the left, stucco homes that were built probably 25 years ago. As you drive on south on Seven Hills Drive, you will come to a newer section of Seven Hills where there are larger, beautiful manufactured homes, and then newer stucco homes, built late 90's and early 2000's. Nice 9 hole golf course, with clubhouse and a golf clubhouse, as well, offering breakfast and on Friday and Saturday evenings, wonderful dinners are served. Sunday's brunch is very good and inexpensive.
Other senior living includes Sierra Dawn North and Sierra Dawn South, which are more seasoned mobilehome communities, Whispering Palms, which is a gated community, offering manufactured and stucco built homes.
