The number of bank owned listings on the market has increased over the 2013 summer in Delta County, Colorado. The prices range from $19,999 to $1,475,000. The bank owned property priced at $1.4 million is a hunting lodge, but it has a main living quarters and is listed as a residential property.

There are 17 bank owned, foreclosure, REO houses priced under $100,000.

There are 17 residential properties priced from $100,000 to $149,999.

In the $150,000 to $199,999 price range there are 12 properties.

There are $200,000 to $299,999 price range there are 4 properties.

There are 2 properties on the market in the $300,000 to $399,999 price range.

The last two bank owned properties have a residential use, but are specialty properties. One is priced at $624,888 and it's over 100 acres with a house and big sweeping views. Hi, Bob...I found that interesting too, when the filings are down, but we are going to see waves of them coming on, and then it will drop off again. What's great is that overall the numbers are down from last year and especially the low end fixer upper inventory.

Nice job with the report and easy to understand. Even though the numbers are diminishing there are still going to be foreclosure properties hitting the market.
