Pristine Place is a gated community in the heart of Spring Hill, Florida.  Pristine Place is a desirable community that is deed-restricted with low HOA fees. 

Amenities in Pristine Place include a community pool, recreation center with fitness center and meeting rooms, tennis courts, and a play ground.

Pristine Place Home Sales

In July 2013, five homes sold in Pristine Place ranging from $110,000 to $220,000 with an average sales price of $147,820 and a median price of $120,000.  

In comparison, in July 2012 only two homes sold in Pristine Place.  Of the five homes that sold in Pristine Place in July 2013, three were sold as standard sales and two were foreclosure properties.

The lowest sold home in Pristine Place was a three bedroom pool home, built in 1995 with 2073 square foot living area. This home sold for $110,000 with conventional financing in an estate sale.

The highest sold home in Pristine Place was also a three bedroom pool home with three baths, built in 1995 with 2192 square foot living area.  This homes also sold with conventional financing for $220,000.
