MI Homes opens new subdivision in Highland Lakes - Sanctuary at the Lakes Galena Ohio.

A new subdivision is opening in Olentangy school district. The Sanctuary at the Lakes is a new subdivision opening soon by MI Homes. It will be located on the west side of Highland Lakes and is accessible from Africa Road. 

The home prices will range from $339,900 - $528,900. There will be aproximately 209 lots available for sale. The homes will be near the seventh  hole at The Lakes Golf and Country Club. Additional ammenities included at the Sanctuary at the Lakes include:
