My experience with Real Estate
I started out in the Real Estate industry in 1999 as a receptionist with a large Real Estate firm here in Jacksonville and eventually moved up to an office manager. During that period my broker continuously asked me to go and get my real estate license, as she truly believed in me and felt that I would be a fabulous agent.
After 5 years of working for the biggest broker, I changed Real Estate firms and went with a "Discount Real Estate" company and my broker insisted that I go out and get my real estate license and I finally decided that, yes it is time for me to truly be a full fledge Real Estate Agent ( I have way to much experience!)
Fortunately my background as an office manager for a full service and a discount brokerage firm has helped me with many aspects of this business. Starting from the first point of contact to the day of closing, my customers know that they can always count on me and if I don't have the answer, I will make sure that I get it for them. I have learned a lot of things from listening throughout the years to other agents and brokers and having this knowledge is POWERFUL.
My priority lies in the customer, not the prestige of working for some corporation where the customer is forgotten after the deal.
I care about my customers and am there to help them sell their home and for my customers who are buying my job is to find the best home to fit their needs. My expectations for my customer are to be treated as I expect to be treated. With respect, courtesy and professionalism.
Customer service has and always will been my top priority. So therefore my motto is "Your dreams... my priority"
