More good news in the hosing market, Existing-Home sales rise 6.5% in July and median home prices kept up the double digit advances that we have previously seen.
Total existing home sales( not new homes) of condos, homes and townhomes are up 6.5 %. This is very encouraging news in light of the recent up tic in mortgage rates that some worried may have slow down home sales.
