Whispering Palms is a gated 55+ community on the west end of Hemet, California. Hemet is located in the southeastern part of Riverside County, in Southern California. Nestled between palm trees and warm sunshine, Whispering Palms offers perfect weather nearly year round, it is close to shopping and surrounded by golf courses. Everything seniors want, right?
There are several activities here in Whispering Palms. Aquatic exercise groups, poker games, men's pool tournaments, numerous card games, and much more.
The residents are friendly, and love to get morning and/or evening walks in.
Whispering Palms is made up of approximately 129 homes. About 45 of the are manufactured homes and the other 80 or so are stucco built homes. The development began construction in the early 1990's, with the manufactured homes, and then the stucco homes started popping up just flyer the millennium.
These homes sell quickly once they become available, and are still priced under $200,000.
