Active Listings in the City of Menifee

Real Estate Agent with West Realty 01385988

Summers over and kids are back to school. No more days during the week spent at the beach building sandcastles. I know I haven’t done a monthly update for the city of Menifee for a while so I need to get everyone caught back up with the real estate market there. As always my stats are based on single family, detached residences, with 3+ bedrooms and 2+ baths.

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·         <!--[endif]-->Total Number of Active Listings in August: 138

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·         <!--[endif]-->Average List Price for August: $341,039

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·         <!--[endif]-->Number of Homes Sold in July: 102

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·         <!--[endif]-->Average Sold Home Price in Menifee: $263,705

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·         <!--[endif]-->Average Days on the Market: 39

Well the city of Menifee looks to be improving this month with the number of active listings. Just two months ago there were only 55 active listings and now we are currently at 138. That’s an increase of 150%! That’s a great sign for the city of Menifee and its potential homebuyers. I am hopeful to see that number continue to improve over the next couple of months. The average price that homes are being listed for has improved slightly from $327,779 to $341,039.

Moving onto what has been closing in the city of Menifee, I can see that the average number hasn’t really changed much. In two months I am seeing that the closes are only down by three homes, so not much to report there. The same goes for the average days on the market. Homes are on average selling around $263,705 vs. June’s average of $245,344.

I hope you are having a great month of August and make sure to check back with me in September to see where our numbers are for the city of Menifee’s real estate market

Stefan, you have what I would call a 'fast market' in Temecula. Only 39 days on the market; that's a market that your must have to learn to run sprints to keep up with. Good Selling!
