How technology change the real estate business!

Real Estate Agent with HomeSnipe Real Estate, LLC

The innovation of new technology has made it so convenient for agents to work right in their home office.  When I first started in the business, my broker recommended for me to be in the office 5 days a week to learn the business and do cold calling.  As my skills improve and cold calling became a thing in the past, I see less need for me to be in the office.    I quickly realize that I needed to be in the field either showing properties or prospecting for new business. After all, I would not make any money if I were always in the office.   I invested in a laptop computer and a cellular phone to make my business more convenient for me as well as provide efficient services to my clients.

I am never in the office unless it's to pick up the mail or drop of checks from the title company. I have everything I need at home minus distractions.

Hi James and Denise,

It is amazing to think how we functioned in the past without all of this technology.  I can be just about anywhere now and conduct business.

Good luck and I wish you a successful week.
