Communicate with sellers in this Market!

Service all customers that come your way is an important part of the business. Clients want to know that they have someone who can answers their questions and follow through with them in a timely manner.  It becomes part of our culture in our team.  It is not always easy to call a seller when a property is not moving, but we find that it is hard to ask for an extension when we barely talk with the seller during the listing period.

James and Denise, what you say is so true - making calls to the sellers when the house isn't get much activity is really hard to do but so necessary.  It makes all the difference when the time comes to ask for a price reduction or an extension.  Best of luck to both of you.  Cynthia Grimes Westminster, MD
