Commercial Real Estate Services and Products Group: The purpose of the group is to provide a platform for those that want to announce or find providers of services and/or products related to the Commercial Real Estate Industry. These can include, but are not limited to, Commercial Real Estate agents, Commercial Loan Brokers or any service provider connected in anyway with Commercial Real Estate.
Only entries related to Commercial Real Estate services and products will be allowed. Title should include a [very] short description of the type of service or product, along with location if appropriate.

Commercial Property Haves / Wants Group: The purpose of the group is to provide a place to post listings and property market opportunities, including exclusives, as well as see the buyers' needs of other agents. Similar to a classifieds section in the newspaper, but better! :-)
Note: DO NOT add as comments to this post... instead, create a new blog article(s) about your want/need/etc., select the "Commercial Property Haves/Wants" under "Post To", then continue and follow instructions below...
Only commercial releated items are allowed.
Advertising guidelines:
Title should include a [very] short description of the type of property/need/want along with city and state where listing is located.
Please make sure that price is included along with square footage and your contact information.
Warning: Do not use ALL CAPS in the title as it gives appearance of being spam. They will be automatically removed.
