That's the message that many Florida Residents want to get across to local officials. With this in mind, South Lake County is about to construct a 15-building medical complex in the Clermont area. This office park building which will be built on 16 acres at Citrus Tower and Oakley Seaver Boulevards will consist of 15 buildings ranging from 2,500 square feet to 30,000 square feet. The majority of the complexes are expected to be physicians' own according to it's sales representative who is handling the marketing of this complex.
This complex is said to be the first of its kind in the area. Not to mention the added income that it will generate for the county. The 30,000 square feet office building will have sufficient parking garages that will accompany 200 vehicles.
Several of the buildings have already been sold and developers are looking forward to leasing out the 30,000 square foot structures to doctors who are not interested in purchasing at this time.
