If you have no idea what I'm on about then you may wish to research sales and marketing techniques.

But in it's basic form, (I have not tried this yet, but it is on the To Do list), it is that you need to enforce your name/brand/what you do, on somebody 8 times over period of time. I'm trying not to give to much away because somepeople have paid for this knowledge.

Anyway the reason for bringing the subject up is that, if this works, which i have been told it does, then maybe this is why the general public believes the markets is so bad when I believe in general it is not. Yes, somepeople are in trouble with payments, yes, somepeople have negative equatity and yes, somepeoples properties have lost a far amount of money. But in general/average I think the market is OK.

But if they have been told buy people, television, radio and newspapers that the end of the world is coming as far as property prices then they are going to believe them eventually, until they keep hearing the opposite from the real estate market. I have not meet a real estate agent in the last 3 or 4 months who thinks the market is as bad as the press reports it to be. Yes, I have meet a couple that are getting out of Real Estate, but believe me that is more to do with their service levels than the market.

For example I know of someone who has large investments on the stock market, and is always complaining of his losses, but does not consider Real Estate an investment. Untill it was point out that even with the current market he had made a minimum 10% per year every year on average.

Alan, so in my marketing.  I should have the same and/or similar branded material that I send to them?
