SO this is what I have been hearing: "With so many competitors cutting their advertising budget, and especially their direct mail to their geo farms, this is the time to set yourself apart. This is the time that your potential future sellers will notice YOU are STILL in business and keeping in touch with them. SO, do it ... give them those market updates, drop off your note pads, and certainly, BE SEEN all dressed up and ready for business at the LOCAL STARBUCKS with your laptop, working away and researching the MLS. Have stats readily available in your briefcase. Blow the competition away... by showing up and being competent. Make sure you do open houses and be READY at your open houses." Has anyone out there been doing this and have you been getting better that average, or even hopefully exceptional results? Can't wait to hear your feedback and comments.
