What is the market doing in Seal Beach, California?   What has been going on over the the past six months?  Is the credit crunch affecting individuals buying homes?

Here is the average SOLD price per square foot in Seal Beach for the past 6 months...

So far, for February, the average price per square foot is $542.  Between 2007 and 2008 the average price per square foot in Seal Beach decreased approximately 10%.
