As you can see, the market has slowed down significantly in our area for January, but you have to realize, it was January! We've had record precipitation this year and abnormally cold days! There was significant flooding in Iroquois county and flood warnings in parts of Kankakee County. I'm waiting to see what February holds with the -12 temps we are having today - February 19th!
The buyers are still out there! I've had a number of showings the past 2 weeks - even with the temperatures holding a steady 10 degrees or less.
