In a year that all other major companies went backwards, Keller Williams made significant growth. As reported at the Keller Williams Family Reunion, State of the company speech. Given by Mo Anderson and Mark Willis.

Increase in Market Centers, 648 to 682.

Increase in Agent count 72500 to 74962.

Increase in Gross Commission Income (GCI) up 8.4%. In a market which was down 20%. This represents a 36% increase in market share.

Top 5 companies in terms of growth.

Keller Williams 72,500 to 74,962 + 2433
Prudential 70,450 to 69,900 -500
Remax to 115,800 - 3600
Century 21 to 119,900 - 6000
Coldwell Banker to 116,800 -7000

Not bad for a company that has no national advertising budget. Growth just coming from agent referrals.
