when direct doesn't mean direct, re: daisy chains.

By

we have so many people say to us, 'we are direct'. Direct to who, the next person in the daisy chain? come on people please get real,

i know a crumb of the pie is better than no pie at all but be realistic! some of us are for real. if you want to be taken seriously then say it like it is.

there is some serious money to be made out there but the people at the top are not interested in a product that everyone else knows about. the top investors like to buy off market unadvertised products so that they can buy at the best price! they haven't become rich by overpaying for anything. our sellers want top price also and we can help them achieve that through our network of clients and contacts.

so when you are asked if you are direct please tell the truth, we will find out anyway! our NCND now states that if you are not actually direct the NCND will be null and void. Be honest with us because we will most certainly be honest with you!

honor truth and trust is a must for us to deal with people and the same goes for our buyers and sellers. if you have 'an arrangement' with someone, keep it at that and ask for some of 'their pie', but don't try to make a daisy chain, because the chances are the deal will falter.

if you are direct, or the mandate, and have proof of offering then we will be happy to talk to you. we have some serious connections on both sides of the deal.

we are seeking futher affiliations with banks, insurers, REITs and liquidators.

if you want to sell or buy please come and speak to us. we work nationally and internationally. we are straight talkers and look after our clients.

Mr. hernandez

I am refreshed to read a truthfull comment regarding the reo business. Let me introduce myself. I work as an intermediary for 4 large mandate sellers . Our legal team has contracts in place that authenticates the seller and their ability to perform. we took all precations before reaching out to contacts such as yourself. I can tell you that to have 4 people sign this contract was not an easy task to say the least due to all the fraud out there. If you would like to explore a profitable bilateral business relationship contact me.
