The Market "V" Hoping for Good Things

Well, the word is Tampa Bay is going to recover relatively quickly to our slower market. I don't know about other agents, but I know my business has picked up dramatically. Buyers are coming off the fence and out of the woodwork. It's still a STRONG buyer's market, so we have to work a little harder than in the boom days of '04 and '05, but there is a constant stream of communication between myself and many an internet lead and local and out of town buyers. Now the trick is to get good offers put in and accepted, and help our poor sellers get out of their homes with some money left over. It is happening and I'm glad to be a part, it's nice to get paid again and help these people get into and out of these homes. I think it's going to be a great year!!!
