2007: A Decent Year. 2008: Signs of Strain?

By
Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Realty

My team at Knepp Realty Group, Inc. publishes a quarterly market update for Chicago's West Loop Neighborhood.  Having just completed our year in review, I wanted to share the results and see what others thought.

I'm not tech savy enough to get the article to post on my blog, but have attached it as a link in a pdf file.

There's so much in the press right now.  I want to stress that real estate is a local market.  National and even city wide statistics don't always apply to a local neighborhood.

I understand not knowing how to post something like that, but if you want help getting it online, I suggest you search out HTML Tables and that will give you a step by step instructions to getting it online.

Good luck and wonderful information and I love how you broke it down by quarter and made it a very easy read. I may also suggest you give people a way to sign up on your blog to get that delivered to them by mail, since you can tell that is the way it is designed to be delivered!

Todd,

I appreciate the feedback and the tips.  I'll definitely look into how to post our newsletter online so people don't have to open it and I love your idea about giving people a way to sign into the blog and deliver it via email.

I only posted the newsletter to the consumer site because I was concerned it would look like I was soliciting for services on the real estate professional side.  Did I make the right call, or once I figure how to post the entire article online, should I post it to the professional side?
