Real Estate Investment Books

Some books are not about real estate but have a relation that's interesting to me:

1. Money Ball- It's about baseball and how finding different points of reference helped the Oakland A's excel by looking at statistics that no one else noticed.

2. Four Hour Work Week- Gives great insight into the art of looking at what drives sales... and helping avoid things that keep people from achieving.

3. The Four Agreements- It may be a little bit "new age" and "zen" but it deals with being positive.

4. Wall Street Journal- OK. Not a book. Very helpful information for staying current. I love how every story's headline and first paragraph can be found on the front page.
