First Time home buyers

First time home buyers.....if you are looking to pruchase but waiting fo rlower prices....NOW is the time to buy in this area.....quit listening to the news media!!!! They are a bit behind, and if you don't start looking at real time ( which a Real Eatate Agent can provide ) you will find that you missed the boat. Today I made 5 appts for a client and 2 were already SOLD since Monday. 3 of 12 houses I was going to show last week were SOLD. Checking in with the Closing company I found that business has been picking up over the last couple of months. Also, in this area, I am finding that the mort. companies are refinancing their clients to get or keep them current. Because of all of this, I am seeing less properties on the market. There are a lot of different things that can change the market, so get updated advice right away, and don't miss out!
