So, when is a good time to put your house on the market?
Traffic from real estate buyers and sellers in Covington is beginning to move again. Builders in Covington are still building new homes. The news media has tired of their campaign to terrorize the public about the horrible real estate market. Some are even saying that now is a great time to buy a home. We're at the beginning of an annual market period when buyers start looking so they can relocate before the next school year.
If you're going to sell your home, should you wait until after the last threat of frost? Should there be a full moon? Is a sunny day better than a rainy one? Should you wait until March 15th? How about August 3rd?
If you want to sell your home, and your home is ready to sell, what are you waiting for? There is no specific "good time to do it." The time is NOW!
